We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Return Shipping & Restocking

  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.
  • For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases (e.g. fuel, gas canisters)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:

  2. Place a new order for the desired product

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund
