We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

- Be unused and unworn
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Return Shipping & Restocking
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.
- For change-of-mind or non-defective returns, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food items)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases (e.g. fuel, gas canisters)
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
