We currently ship across India only.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1000
- For orders below ₹1000, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight
⏱ Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
📍 Estimated Delivery Time
- North India (Punjab, Delhi, etc.): 5–7 working days
- Rest of India: 7–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
🏪 Store Pickup (Mohali)
We offer free store pickup from our Mohali location.

DesiVoyage, DSS 17, First Floor, Jubilee Junction, Sector 66, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab
Pickup Timings:
3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery timelines may be affected due to weather conditions, strikes, operational delays, or peak season demand
- Deliveries are typically not made on Sundays or public holidays
🔁 Returns & Shipping Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to:
- Damaged product
- Incorrect item delivered

Due to safety and regulatory reasons:
- Gas canisters and fuel-based products are not shipped via courier
- These items are available for store pickup only
- No returns are accepted on these products once purchased
